The TPCOC Timebank and Member Directory is a community exchange system where members help one another by trading time, skills, and services instead of money. Every hour given becomes one Freedom Credit that can be used with any other member. All time holds equal value.
How the Timebank Works
Earn Freedom Credits
You earn Freedom Credits when you offer your time or skill to another member. One hour of service equals one Freedom Credit.
Why We Call Them Freedom Credits
We call them Freedom Credits because every hour earned brings members closer to personal and financial freedom. Each credit represents progress, opportunity, and the ability to grow without financial barriers. They remind us that when people support one another, freedom becomes possible for everyone.
Spend Freedom Credits
Use your credits on services offered by other members. This can include tutoring, coaching, rides, childcare, business help, mentoring, technical support, and many other forms of assistance.
Equal Value for Everyone’s Time
Every hour is valued the same. This creates fairness, dignity, and shared respect.
A Community Circle of Support
Members give, members receive, and the community becomes stronger with each exchange.
Example Flow
Member A provides one hour of help and earns one Freedom Credit.
Member A uses that credit to request one hour of help from Member B.
Member B provides the help and gives one Freedom Credit back into the system.
Every new member starts with five Freedom Credits. You can request help, start a project, explore the directory, or hire a member for a task without waiting to earn your first credit.
